Note on acrylic shade balance: due to the lightweight nature of high-quality acrylic, the shade may appear slightly tilted or uneven during initial installation. This is not a quality defect — once the fixture is fully installed and suspended, gravity will cause the shade to self-adjust and settle into a balanced position over a short period of time.

Default color temperature: Warm White (3000K)

All standard orders ship in Warm White (3000K). If you require Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (6000K), please contact our support team before placing your order.

LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer ongoing light source support — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement.
