Track Your Order
Here's how to check the status of an order you've already placed.
1. Check Your Email
As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct tracking link — this is the fastest way to see exactly where your package is.
2. Check Your Account
If you checked out with an account, you can see the status of every order any time by signing in to your account and opening Order History.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed before they ship — if it's been less than that, your order is still being prepared, which is expected. Once shipped, delivery windows vary by destination; see our Shipping Policy for details.
