The Swing Dome — Plug-In Wood & Aluminum Wall Light
A long aluminum arm extends from a wood-finished wall bracket and pivots freely, carrying a white dome shade that rotates independently at the tip. Point the dome downward for a focused reading pool, angle it toward the wall for a soft ambient wash, or swing the arm to reposition the light entirely without tools. Plug-in with a 59″ cord and inline push-button switch — no junction box, no electrician, no hardwiring required. Available in white, black, or wood-color body finish.

The Swing Dome is a plug-in wall light — it comes with a 59″ cord that plugs into any standard wall outlet. Mount the bracket to any wall surface using the included screws, then route the cord to the nearest outlet and plug in. No junction box, no hardwiring, and no electrician are required. If you see installation tutorials for hardwired wall lamps, those do not apply to this product.

Because it is plug-in, the Swing Dome can be mounted anywhere there is a wall surface and a nearby outlet — drywall, plaster, concrete, brick, or wood panelling. No junction box preparation is needed.

Does this connect to a wall junction box?
No — the Swing Dome is a plug-in wall light. It does not connect to a junction box (JBOX) or require any electrical wiring. Mount the bracket to the wall with the included screws and plug the 59″ cord into any standard wall outlet. This is a common point of confusion: if you have seen installation guides for hardwired wall sconces, those do not apply to this product.
What wall surfaces can this be mounted on?
Because it is plug-in and requires no electrical box, the Swing Dome can be mounted on virtually any wall surface — drywall, plaster, concrete, brick, tile backers, or wood panelling. Use appropriate wall anchors for your specific wall material. The bracket mounting screws and anchors are included.
How do I control the light?
The 59″ cord includes an inline push-button on/off switch. No wall switch or smart home connection is required. The light is not dimmable — push the button to toggle on or off.
How does the arm and shade adjustment work?
The aluminum arm pivots at the wall bracket — swing it left or right to reposition the light arc. The dome shade at the tip rotates independently: point it downward for a focused task light, or angle it toward the wall or ceiling for a softer ambient wash.
