Strand Necklace Chandelier
The Strand Necklace Chandelier drapes like fine jewelry across a ceiling. Textured acrylic spheres cascade on gold aluminum links in long graceful strands. Each semi-transparent globe scatters light in every direction. The fixture scales from a single 10-head strand for intimate spaces up to a 6-strand, 239-head installation for grand foyers and hotel lobbies. Integrated LED, hardwired ceiling mount. For dining rooms, stairwells, ballrooms, galleries, retail spaces, restaurants, high-ceiling living rooms, boutique hotels, event venues, luxury condos, penthouse entryways.

Junction box weight rating
Confirm your ceiling junction box supports the fixture weight:
- Up to 15 lbs: standard residential junction box OK
- 16-30 lbs: fan-rated junction box recommended
- 31+ lbs: heavy-duty fan-rated or chandelier-rated junction box required
Older homes may need a junction box upgrade for the larger configurations. Consult your electrician.
Ceiling height guidance
For dining rooms, hang the bottom 30-36 inches above the table surface. For grand foyers or stairwells, position the bottom 7-8 feet above the floor in walkways. Longer strands work best with 10+ ft ceilings.

- Hardwired ceiling install. Use a licensed electrician.
- Hang 30-36" above dining table or 7-8 ft above floor in foyers.
- Confirm junction box weight rating matches fixture weight (see configuration specs).
- Handle acrylic spheres carefully during install. They can chip if struck.
Which configuration should I choose for my space?
For dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, start with 1-2 strands and 36-58 heads total. For grand foyers with 10+ ft ceilings, consider 3-4 strands and 50-104 heads. The 6-strip 239-head configuration suits hotel lobbies, ballrooms, and stairwells with 12+ ft ceilings. More heads per strand creates a fuller, denser cascade.
Can I customize the color temperature or dimming?
Yes. Standard is 3000K Warm Light. We offer 4000K neutral and 6000K cool on custom order. We also support TRIAC, 0-10V, 1-10V, and DALI dimming. Email us before ordering and we'll reply within 24 hours with pricing and lead time.
What size is each acrylic sphere?
Each sphere is 10 cm (3.9 inches) in diameter. The textured surface scatters light for a soft diffused glow.
Does my ceiling junction box need to support a specific weight?
Yes. Fixtures up to 15 lbs work with standard residential junction boxes. 16-30 lbs requires a fan-rated box. 31+ lbs needs a heavy-duty fan-rated or chandelier-rated box. See each configuration's weight in the Sizes section above. Consult your electrician if you're unsure about your existing box.
Can I install this myself or do I need an electrician?
The chandelier is hardwired to your ceiling junction box. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required, especially for the larger multi-strip configurations that require junction box upgrades or ceiling reinforcement.
