About the alabaster — every orb is one of a kind
Alabaster is a natural mineral stone. Vein patterns, translucency, tone, and surface character vary from orb to orb and cannot be selected or matched to the product photos. Your pendant will differ from the images shown — this is the nature of genuine stone, not a defect. Each Orbique is uniquely composed.

Will my alabaster orbs look exactly like the photos?
No. Alabaster is a natural mineral stone. Veining, translucency, tone variation, and surface character differ from orb to orb — no two pendants are identical. The photos show representative examples. Natural variation is inherent to the material and is not a defect.
Which length should I choose?
The 4-ball (H 12.6″) suits lower ceilings, bedside positions, or clustered groupings. The 8-ball (H 25.6″) is the most versatile for dining tables and living spaces. The 12-ball (H 37.8″) makes a strong vertical statement in taller or double-height rooms.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes. The fixture includes a 59″ adjustable cable. Extensions are available on request — contact our support team before ordering.
Which colour temperature is best for living spaces?
3000K (Warm Light) is recommended — it enhances the natural translucency and warm cream tones of the alabaster, creating a soft, inviting ambient glow suited to living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces.
