Oval or Circle — which shape works for me?
Oval reads taller and more vertical — best for bedsides, narrow stairwells, or where you want a slim drop without taking lateral space. Circle is symmetrical from every viewing angle — best for open-plan rooms, foyers, or where the pendant is visible from multiple directions. For clusters, mix oval + circle of the same finish to give visual rhythm without competing.
What bulb does it use?
E14 candelabra base (small-screw, smaller than E26). Use a 4–6W LED bulb (40W incandescent equivalent), 2700K warm-white. Globe-shape G45 LED bulbs sit cleanly inside the opal globe; standard candle-shape E14 bulbs also work. E14 LEDs are available at Amazon, IKEA, Home Depot, and most lighting retailers.
Can I order multiple for a cluster install?
Yes — order 2 to 5 pendants in any combination of shapes and finishes. Specify staggered cable lengths at checkout (typical pattern: 32″, 40″, 48″ from canopy for a 3-pendant cluster). For a 4+ pendant cluster, consider mixing oval + circle of the same finish — the contrasting shapes give visual rhythm without color competition. Is it dimmable?
Yes — compatible with standard TRIAC (forward-phase) wall dimmers like Lutron Caséta or Leviton, paired with dimmable E14 LED bulbs. The opal globe holds its character well even at 20% dim — it still glows as a soft sphere rather than a dim point.
What's the warranty?
2-year warranty on the brass loop, finish, socket, and wiring. Opal glass that arrives broken in transit is replaced free with photos emailed within 7 days. After warranty, replacement glass globes are available as paid-service parts (kept in stock for 3 years).
