Due to the specific structural requirements of the horizontal swing arm and its balancing mechanism, this fixture is NOT compatible with sloped, angled, or vaulted ceilings. It must be installed on a perfectly flat, horizontal ceiling surface to function correctly.

Can this fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling?
No. Due to the kinetic nature of the swing arm and the precise balance required for the counterweight, the Lola Swing Pendant must be installed on a perfectly flat ceiling.
How do I know which dimming option to choose?
If you have a standard On/Off switch, select "Warm Light". If you already have a wall dimmer switch installed (like a Triac/Lutron dimmer), select "Triac Dimmable". If you want to use a remote control to adjust brightness smoothly, select "Stepless Dimming".
Is the suspension cable length adjustable?
Yes, the pendant comes with a standard 39.4" (100 cm) suspension cable. Your electrician can easily shorten this cable during installation to achieve the perfect height. If you need a longer cable, please contact us before ordering.
How do I clean the acrylic diffuser?
We recommend using a clean, dry microfiber cloth to wipe away dust. For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemical sprays to preserve the metal finish.
