The Leon Chandelier hangs three tiers of elongated teardrop plates in natural Spanish alabaster — 100% imported from Spain — from a branching brass frame, the plates overlapping like petals so the E14 bulbs inside glow through layer after layer of veined stone. Each plate is cut and finished individually, some clouded white, some streaked with smoke-grey mineral lines, so the chandelier shimmers differently from every angle. Two sizes — Ø 55 × H 45 cm with 9 bulbs and Ø 80 × H 55 cm with 21 — suspend on an adjustable brass chain over dining tables, living rooms, bedrooms, and entries.

Every plate is cut from natural alabaster quarried in Spain. Veining and tone vary from plate to plate — across the tiers, no two match. Your chandelier will differ from the photos shown; this variation is the character of genuine stone, not a defect.

- Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended, and professional installation is strongly advised for the Ø 80 size.
- Real stone weight: ~19.5 kg (Ø 55) and ~42 kg (Ø 80) — anchor the canopy to a junction box or ceiling structure rated well above that load, never drywall alone.
- The 50 cm brass chain sets the drop; a different chain length can be arranged before shipping — contact us.
- Install 9 or 21 E14 bulbs (not included); warm white LEDs of 2700–3000K are recommended.
- Handle the alabaster plates individually and avoid impact — natural stone can chip.
- For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms or damp locations.
Where does the alabaster come from?
Every plate is cut from natural alabaster that is 100% imported from Spain — the same Spanish stone prized in fine lighting for its warm tone and translucency. It is genuine quarried stone, not resin or faux-alabaster glass.
Which size should I choose?
Over a table, the chandelier should be roughly half to two-thirds of the table's width: the Ø 55 cm suits round tables for 4–6, bedrooms, and entries; the Ø 80 cm, with 21 bulbs across its wider tiers, carries dining tables for 6–8, living rooms, and taller spaces. Send us your room size if unsure — we reply within 24 hours.
What bulbs does the Leon use?
Standard E14 base bulbs — 9 for the Ø 55 and 21 for the Ø 80, not included. Warm white LEDs (2700–3000K) bring out the honey tones in the stone, stay cool between the plates, and rarely need changing.
Does the Leon need special ceiling support?
Yes — the tiers carry dozens of real stone plates: ~19.5 kg for the Ø 55 and ~42 kg for the Ø 80. The canopy must be anchored to a junction box or ceiling structure rated well above that load, never drywall alone. For the Ø 80 we strongly recommend professional installation.
Can I change the hanging height?
Yes — the standard brass chain is 50 cm (19.7″), and a longer or shorter chain can be arranged before shipping. Contact us with your ceiling height and we will confirm within 24 hours.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
No — this fixture is designed for dry indoor locations only and should not be installed in bathrooms, above sinks, or in covered outdoor areas where it could be exposed to moisture.
Why does my chandelier look different from the product photos?
The plates are natural Spanish stone, so veining and tone vary from plate to plate — across the tiers, some read clouded white and others carry smoke-grey mineral streaks, by design. No two Leon chandeliers are exactly alike; this is the character of real alabaster, not a defect.
