Both versions look completely identical. We recommend the acrylic ball version for most customers: acrylic balls are lightweight, resistant to transit damage, and easier to replace. Glass balls may occasionally break during shipping, and replacement may require an electrician. If you order this glass version, we will include spare glass balls in your package.
Either version is available — please consider the acrylic version if a worry-free experience is a priority.
Triac Warm Dimming version — TRIAC dimmer switch required
If you select the Triac Warm Dimming option, a TRIAC (Thyristor) dimmer switch is required for smooth, flicker-free operation. Standard rotary dimmers are not compatible.

Should I choose the glass or acrylic version?
Both versions look identical. We recommend the acrylic version for most customers — acrylic balls are lighter, resist transit damage, and are easier to replace without an electrician. If you order this glass version, we will include spare glass balls. Either option is available based on your preference.
What light options are available?
Four options at checkout: Warm Light (wall switch), Cool Light (wall switch), Triac Warm Dimming (requires TRIAC dimmer switch), and Remote Control Dimmer.
The Triac Warm Dimming version — what dimmer do I need?
A TRIAC (Thyristor) dimmer switch is required. Standard rotary dimmers are not compatible and may cause flickering.
What size is each glass ball?
Each ball is ∅8 cm (3.1 inches) in diameter.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes. The standard cable is 59″ (150 cm) adjustable. Extensions are available on request — contact us before ordering.
Does installation require an electrician?
Yes. Hardwired to your ceiling junction box. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
