A modular cluster ceiling installation — dozens of individually-suspended pendants, each pairing a hand-cast porcelain ginkgo leaf with a slim integrated LED ring at the top of its cable. Pendants hang at staggered heights to evoke an entire ginkgo canopy drifting across the ceiling. Sized as a fully custom installation: pendant count, drop heights, and footprint are all configured for your specific space — stairwells, double-height foyers, hotel lobbies, restaurant atriums, and retail interiors.

Faint glue marks on some leaves are normal. A small amount of adhesive is applied where each porcelain leaf meets its metal mount, securing it during shipping and long-term use. Residue is light, does not affect appearance from below or function, and is not a defect.

Large modular installations require structural ceiling support and professional electricians. Each Gingko Tree ships with a labelled canopy template, numbered cables matched to a placement diagram, and an installer's manual. Two-person install (minimum) for installations over 60 pendants. Plan 1 full day of installer time per 50 pendants.
How does pricing work for a custom installation?
Pricing is determined by pendant count, body finish, cable length range, and dimming option. Send us your ceiling height, the footprint you want covered, and any reference photos — we'll send a CAD mockup, pendant count, and itemized price within 3 business days. There is no design fee for the initial mockup.
What's the lead time from order to delivery?
Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from quote approval, including porcelain casting, finishing, and freight to your address. Rush options available for an additional fee — email us with your install date and we'll see what we can do.
Can the installation be expanded or reconfigured later?
Yes. The canopy supports additional pendant ports up to the original capacity, so you can add pendants later if you want a denser look. Reconfiguring drop heights only requires releasing and re-securing the cable anchor at the canopy — no rewiring.
Do you provide installation support or a CAD file?
Every order includes a placement diagram with numbered pendants matching numbered cable hookups at the canopy — your electrician follows the diagram. For larger commercial installations (100+ pendants), CAD files and on-site installation supervision are available on request.
What's the warranty and what happens if a pendant LED fails?
3-year warranty on LED drivers and electrical components, 2-year warranty on the fixture and porcelain. Individual pendants are replaceable — failed LED pendants are swapped as a complete unit at the cable connector. We keep matching pendants in stock for 5 years after your order.
