A minimalist arborescence chandelier — slim brass rods descending from the canopy and splitting into a Y-frame around a single white linen cylindrical shade. Three drop lengths (47.2″ / 55.1″ / 66.9″), all in 11.8″ diameter. Two body finishes (Gold, Black). Hardwired ceiling install; rod is adjustable, longer drops on request. Suited to dining tables, hallways, two-story foyers, and stairwells.
Slim Y-frame
Two brass rods descend from the canopy and split into a Y at the shade — minimal, sculptural silhouette.
White linen shade
Cylindrical drum, 11.8″ diameter. Linen diffuses light into a soft warm ambient glow.

- Hang 30–36″ above a dining table or kitchen island. For foyers and stairwells, maintain 7 ft minimum clearance from the floor or lowest step.
Which drop length should I choose?
Measure your ceiling height first. For 8–9 ft ceilings (standard residential): Short (47.2″). For 9–10 ft ceilings, vaulted rooms, or where you want more drama over a dining table: Medium (55.1″). For 10+ ft ceilings, two-story foyers, or stairwells: Long (66.9″). For ceilings outside this range, request a custom drop before ordering — the rod can be extended.
Should I choose Gold or Black?
Gold: warm Scandinavian or French-modern aesthetic. Pairs with cream walls, light wood, brushed brass hardware. Black: contemporary minimal, industrial-modern, or moody spaces. Pairs with dark walls, walnut, or matte black fixtures. The white linen shade reads cleanly against both. Most buyers choose Gold; Black suits more cinematic interiors.
Is the metal real brass? Is the shade real linen?
The frame is plated metal/brass with a satin or polished finish. The shade is real linen fabric over a PMMA (acrylic) internal diffuser — the linen creates the visible texture and warm-tone diffusion; the PMMA layer protects the fabric from bulb heat and adds even glow. Linen is not removable for washing — vacuum gently with brush attachment for cleaning.
What bulb? How bright?
E26 (US/CA) or E27 (EU/AU) base, one bulb per fixture. An 8–12W LED in 2700K warm white gives ambient dining light (~800–1,200 lumens through the linen). The shade diffuses light downward and outward in a soft cone. For brighter task (kitchen island), go up to 15W LED. Edison bulbs work but use less efficient incandescent — limit to ≤40W for shade safety.
Can I get a custom drop length or shade color?
Yes. Custom rod lengths (longer than 66.9″ total drop) are available — give us your ceiling height and desired bottom-of-shade height, and we'll quote the extension. Custom shade colors (taupe, charcoal, blush) are available in linen on request, with 4-6 week lead time. Email support@vakkerlight.com before placing the order.
